Desktop credit usage isn’t connected yet

Account credits do not fund desktop conversations yet. Connecting paid usage to the app is still in progress, so no desktop usage is deducted from this balance.

Any test balance in the app’s credit simulation is separate. Buying account credits does not top up that test balance.

How will usage work?: The plan is for actual AI model token usage to draw from your prepaid balance as Cuepad helps. Usage rates are still being prepared; paid desktop metering is not connected yet.
How much help does a credit cover?: There is no published conversion from credits to model usage yet. Conversation lengths and model usage vary, so a pack does not promise a fixed number of questions or hours of help.
Where can I see my balance?: Sign in to your Cuepad account to see your balance and credit activity. Purchases appear after payment is confirmed.
Can I download Cuepad?: The first release is being developed for Windows. A public download is not available on this site yet.
