Account information, such as your email address, name, profile image, sign-in provider, and authentication records.

Location bookmark content that you choose to save, including coordinates, names, notes, tags, timestamps, device-provided location metadata, and optional photos.

Public share content when you create a share link, including the selected locations, selected notes or tags, selected photo previews, the share title, and share metadata.

Payment and plan information from Stripe, such as customer identifiers, product or price identifiers, plan status, and transaction metadata. We do not store your full payment card details.

Technical information needed to run the service, such as device/browser details, session cookies, logs, IP-derived security signals, and basic usage events.

To provide the core product: saving, syncing, editing, deleting, searching, filtering, displaying, and sharing your saved locations.

To authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, process payments, provide support, debug issues, improve reliability, and protect the service.

To show public shared maps to anyone who opens a valid share link. Public share views are limited to the content selected for that share link.

Location bookmarks can reveal sensitive places and routines. Only save and share locations that you are comfortable storing in Cuepad Spots.

Photos may contain visible people, places, objects, or metadata depending on the file and device. You are responsible for choosing which photos to attach or include in a shared map.

Cuepad Spots uses your browser or device location only when you choose location-related actions, such as centering the map or saving a GPS-backed spot.

We use service providers to operate Cuepad Spots, including authentication providers such as Google and email sign-in, email delivery providers, database/hosting providers, and Stripe for payments.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, or when required by law.

If you create a public share link, anyone with that link can view the shared map until the link is deleted or disabled.

Cuepad Spots uses cookies and local storage for authentication, session security, app preferences, PWA behavior, and local-first app functionality.

Some location data or photos may be kept locally in your browser or device so the app can work quickly and continue supporting your saved spots experience.

We keep account and saved location data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

When you delete a spot, account, or share link, we remove it from active use where supported by the product. Residual copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong account, protect your devices, and be careful with public share links.

You can choose what locations, notes, tags, and photos to save. You can delete saved spots and share links through the app where those controls are available.

You can control browser permissions for location, camera, photos, cookies, and local storage through your browser or device settings.
