Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and use Cuepad Spots only in ways that comply with applicable laws.

Cuepad Spots is intended for users who can form a binding contract. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Cuepad Spots lets you save locations, names, notes, tags, photos, and selected public share views. You keep ownership of the content you add.

You grant Cuepad Spots the limited permission needed to host, process, sync, display, back up, and share your content as directed by you. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or share.

When you create a share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the locations and related information included in that shared view. Only share locations and photos that you are comfortable making available through the link.

You can delete a share link using the controls provided in the app. Deleting a share link removes the public shared view, but people who previously accessed it may have copied information from it.

Cuepad Spots may offer a voluntary paid support option. Core bookmarking features are available for free unless the product clearly states otherwise before a future change.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cuepad Spots does not store your full payment card details. Supporter status is a one-time contribution, not a subscription, subject to these terms, product availability, and reasonable service changes.

Do not use Cuepad Spots to harass others, track people without consent, violate privacy rights, upload unlawful content, attack the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in a harmful, unlawful, abusive, or security-risking way.

We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep Cuepad Spots reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit every use case.

Location and navigation data can be inaccurate. You are responsible for using your own judgment and following local rules, safety notices, and conditions in the field.

Cuepad Spots is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cuepad Spots will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
